Step 1: Once you have completed the “Give Consent” process, you will receive an email “Direct Debit Request” requesting authorization to make a direct debit to your bank accounts. Click the direct debit authorization icon to proceed. See screenshot below:
Step 2: You will be redirected to a webpage to input your signature across all the mandates where you have bank accounts. Click to sign.
Note: We always recommend you to upload your signature after signing in bold on a piece of paper and taking a picture of it by clicking on the camera icon, adding the photo of your signature and inserting your signature across all the mandates by clicking insert everywhere.
Step 3: Your signature will be inserted across all the mandates after clicking insert everywhere. Click “Continue” to proceed and Click I agree to successfully complete signing the direct debit mandate. (See screenshots below)
